A dark-blue, high performance powder pigment. This colorant is intended for use in indirect or incidental food contact materials, as well as other systems where bleed and migration of the coloring pigment must be avoided. The Blue 10F545 has good UV and visible opacity, excellent heat resistant, and is stable to ultraviolet light. It has exceptional durability and hiding power, and is generally used in applications where resistance to chemical attack, heat, light, and/or weather are needed. Blue 10F545 is dimensionally stable and will not promote warping in molded plastics. It is compatible with most resin systems and polymers. Typical applications (non inclusive) are in engineering resins, liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, ceramics, and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.
