Shepherd Color Announces Second Half of $40MM Facility Investment is Underway
Facility Enhancements Continue in Support of Customer Demand
(CINCINNATI, OH, November 20, 2024) The Shepherd Color Company, a world leader in complex inorganic color pigments (CICPs) for coatings, plastics and glass, is pleased to announce the continuation of its $40MM+ facility enhancement in Cincinnati, OH.
Phase one, a $20MM capacity expansion and upgrade, has delivered efficiency and sustainability benefits and increased capacity by 15%. Phase two, featuring similar investments and benefits, is scheduled to be launched by year end. With these investments, together with a third phase of business enhancements being planned, we commit to supporting our customers’ ever-growing demands globally. Additionally, providing leadership and guidance with customer experience, technical and regulatory expertise allows us to partner, advise and support our customers to be successful.
